Active account data is retained for as long as your account remains active with MDG188. Once an account is closed or inactive, data will be kept for an additional period depending on the data type (as outlined in the table in Section 2) to fulfil legal obligations and resolve any outstanding disputes.
Once the defined retention period has expired, your data will be securely deleted using methods that ensure it cannot be recovered, or fully anonymised so that it can no longer be linked to you personally.
