Terms & Conditions MDG188 – A Complete Guide for All Malaysian Members

Welcome to MDG188 (mdg188.im). By registering, accessing, or using any part of the MDG188 platform, you agree to be bound by all Terms & Conditions set out in this document. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before using the platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the member) and MDG188. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the MDG188 platform. Your continued use of the MDG188 platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

To be eligible to register and use the MDG188 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• Is a Malaysian citizen or lawful permanent resident of Malaysia
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not currently blocked or prohibited from using online gambling services
• Registering in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party

MDG188 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Required documents may include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or valid proof of local address. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

3.1 One Account Per Member

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at MDG188 at any one time. This covers one account per name, email address, phone number, IP address, device, and payment details. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in all associated accounts being frozen and all funds within them being forfeited.

3.2 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information upon registration, and to keep that information up to date should any changes occur. MDG188 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by a member.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account password. MDG188 recommends using a strong password and not sharing your login credentials with anyone. MDG188 will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact MDG188 customer support immediately.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements that must be met before withdrawals are permitted — rollover requirements typically range from 10x to 30x depending on the bonus type
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed directly for cash

5.1 Rollover Requirements

A rollover requirement means you must wager the bonus amount (or deposit + bonus) a specified number of times before you can withdraw any winnings derived from that bonus. For example: a RM100 bonus with a 20x rollover means you must place total bets of RM2,000 before a withdrawal is permitted.

Wagering on different games may contribute at different rates towards the rollover requirement. Some games may not count towards bonus rollover at all. Please refer to the specific bonus terms for full details.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the MDG188 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where applicable:

• Multiple account ownership – registering or using more than one account
• Identity fraud – registering using another person's personal information
• Money laundering – using the MDG188 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Exploiting bugs or glitches – deliberately exploiting any technical glitch in a game for illegitimate gain
• Use of automated software or bots – using any software to automate gameplay or betting
• Unauthorised collusion or cooperation – colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Bonus abuse – registering multiple accounts or using unauthorised methods to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Threats or harassment – threatening, harassing, or abusing any MDG188 staff or member
